What is a bridge tray?

Bridge tray is a metal tray used to carry electrical circuits and equipment, usually used for electrical wiring and pipeline installation inside buildings. It consists of trays and cable trays. trays are platforms used to support electrical equipment and circuits, while cable trays are brackets built above trays for hanging wires and cables.  

The requirements for bridge trays are as follows:

1. Bearing capacity: Bridge trays need to have sufficient bearing capacity to support the weight of electrical equipment and circuits, avoiding safety hazards.

3. Anti corrosion performance: Bridge trays are easily affected by corrosion when exposed to humid environments for a long time, so they need to have certain anti-corrosion performance to improve their service life.  

4. Easy installation: Bridge trays need to be installed in different areas of the building, so they need to have the characteristics of easy installation to reduce installation costs and time.  

5. Insulation protection: Electrical equipment and circuits need to have certain insulation protection measures to avoid safety accidents such as leakage, so bridge trays also need to have corresponding insulation protection functions.  

6. Compliance with standards: The design and manufacturing of bridge trays need to comply with the requirements of relevant standards and specifications to ensure their safety and reliability.
